Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality nursing care specifically tailored to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage intravenous lines and other medical equipment for paediatric patients.
- Assess patient conditions promptly, report critical changes to physicians, and collaborate on treatment plans.
- Provide empathetic support, education, and reassurance to young patients and their families throughout their hospital stay.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital standards and confidentiality policies.
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, safety regulations, and professional nursing ethics.
- Possession of relevant academic qualifications in Nursing with a specialization or proven focus in Paediatrics.
- Current, valid professional license to practice nursing in Nigeria.
- Relevant clinical work experience in a reputable hospital or paediatric care setting will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
