Key Responsibilities- Adjust and administer patient medications and provide treatments strictly according to physician orders.
- Inspect facilities regularly and take proactive steps to maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards, including decontaminating equipment and sanitizing surfaces.
- Provide prompt and effective medical care during emergency situations.
- Assist medical professionals and surgeons during specialized procedures when required.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior nursing staff and healthcare assistants.
- Foster a warm, supportive, and compassionate environment for clients and their families.
- Valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven clinical nursing experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis-management skills.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient confidentiality.
