About the Role
Simba Group is a market leader with over 20 years of experience shaping key industries in Nigeria, including transportation, agriculture, and alternative energy. We are currently seeking a results-driven Regional Marketing Executive to spearhead field marketing operations within the automobile division. In this role, you will execute targeted marketing campaigns, boost brand visibility, and empower our extensive dealer network to achieve regional sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Translate approved regional marketing plans into actionable weekly schedules, coordinating resources and logistics.
- Execute high-impact dealer activations, roadshows, product demonstrations, and local promotional events.
- Generate, qualify, and meticulously track trade enquiries using our CRM system to ensure seamless lead handovers to the sales team.
- Deliver comprehensive marketing support, point-of-sale materials, and guidance to priority dealers.
- Conduct regular brand compliance audits across regional showrooms and retail outlets.
- Gather critical market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback during field visits.
- Monitor regional marketing budgets, reconcile expenses, and submit accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in field marketing, trade marketing, or channel marketing.
- Prior experience within the automotive, mobility, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and spreadsheet software for data tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
