We are currently looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our human resources team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, vetting, and onboarding top-tier talent to build exceptional collection teams that meet our clients' rigorous demands.
Key Responsibilities- Create compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across popular Nigerian job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified applicants.
- Actively source potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, professional networking events, and industry databases.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and carefully evaluate candidates to determine their suitability for various internal roles.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires, handling necessary documentation, company orientation, and cultural integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Recruitment Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar talent acquisition role.
- Strong familiarity with Nigerian labor market trends, local recruitment channels, and sourcing methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
