We are currently seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Officer on a 3-month contract to support our dynamic talent acquisition activities.
Key Responsibilities- Source and identify qualified candidates for various job openings using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other digital recruitment channels.
- Actively headhunt potential candidates through advanced LinkedIn searches, networking, and direct outreach to passive job seekers.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Review CVs and applications meticulously to identify candidates who meet specific job requirements.
- Contact prospective candidates, communicate exciting job opportunities, and assess their level of interest and suitability.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and preliminary interviews to evaluate cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules seamlessly between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Support other recruitment and HR-related operations as required by the company.
- A degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or general human resources.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, particularly LinkedIn Premium, Boolean search strings, and modern candidate sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrable ability to headhunt and attract passive candidates who are not actively looking for jobs.
- Excellent CV screening, candidate assessment, and interviewing skills with great attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
