In this role, you will act as a vital link between our esteemed clients and prospective candidates, ensuring that every placement perfectly aligns with organizational goals and specific role requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment briefs from various clients and ensure alignment with specific job requirements and company culture.
- Source and reach out to qualified candidates for current open roles utilizing professional networks and social media platforms.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, including detailed resume screening, initial phone screens, and comprehensive candidate evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to establish accurate qualification criteria and job profiles for future employees.
- Conduct thorough interviews for a wide range of positions, spanning junior, senior, and executive levels.
- Maintain and update an active database of qualified candidates for frequent or high-demand job roles.
- Develop innovative interview techniques and assessment methods to improve hiring success rates.
- Bachelor's degree in a numerate or business-related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of cognate work experience in Human Resources or Business Development.
- Prior experience working within a consulting environment will be considered an added advantage.
