Key Responsibilities- Source and place top-tier talent with leading companies using advanced methodologies, headhunting, and networking.
- Develop and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with both candidates and corporate clients.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including crafting job advertisements, screening, and interview preparation.
- Provide comprehensive feedback to candidates and align closely with specific client requirements.
- Drive new client acquisition through strategic networking, lead generation, and business development initiatives.
- Utilize our cloud-based database with strict discipline to streamline operations and match ideal candidates to roles.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience working within a recruitment agency or consulting firm.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing cloud-based solutions and maintaining high database discipline.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment sales cycle, successfully selling roles to candidates and candidates to clients.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly tech-savvy with the ability to leverage modern digital tools to drive business efficiency.
- Flexibility to adapt to a results-oriented work environment that extends beyond traditional 9-to-5 demands.
