About the Role

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our growing team and ensure our agricultural and food products meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct rigorous quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished agricultural products.
- Ensure all products strictly conform to established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal specifications.
- Monitor active production processes closely to identify any quality deviations or operational inefficiencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records, inspection reports, and laboratory test results.
- Support the seamless implementation of robust quality management systems, food safety procedures, and factory hygiene standards.
- Report non-conformities promptly and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions to management.
- Collaborate daily with production teams and other relevant departments to maintain product quality, safety, and consistency.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven quality control experience within the food processing or agricultural sector.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and hazard analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across various production departments.
