About the Role
AshLuxury is the premier e-commerce destination where style meets luxury, renowned for providing its customers with specially curated high-fashion and cutting-edge designer clothes and accessories. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control and Fulfillment Intern to support the inspection and verification of customer orders before dispatch. In this role, you will ensure that products meet our strict quality standards, order details are accurate, and packages are properly prepared for delivery. You will help manage increased order volumes, maintain fulfillment efficiency, and deliver a positive customer experience throughout the peak sales season.
Key Responsibilities- Confirm that items selected for fulfillment match customer orders in terms of product, quantity, size, color, and other applicable variants.
- Examine items for visible defects, damage, stains, missing components, or other quality concerns before packaging.
- Ensure products are properly packaged, securely sealed, and appropriately labeled for delivery or collection.
- Verify order invoices, delivery labels, and other relevant order details for accuracy before dispatch.
- Identify and promptly report discrepancies, damaged items, incorrect products, and other concerns to the supervisor for resolution.
- Assist with sorting, organizing, and preparing orders for dispatch or customer collection in line with established procedures.
- Work closely with the E-commerce, Customer Service, and Sales teams to support smooth order processing and timely fulfillment.
- Follow the approved quality control checklist and fulfillment procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Assist with additional fulfillment activities as required to manage increased order volumes during peak sales periods.
- A minimum of an OND qualification; a Bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies or product defects.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high order volumes.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Previous experience in quality control, inventory management, order fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
