Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and rigorous Psychology lessons aligned with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and Sixth Form standards.
- Design comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth and success.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
- Must hold a First Degree or Master's Degree in Psychology.
- Proven experience teaching psychology within the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum or Sixth Form School environment.
- Must currently reside within the Lekki/Epe axis of Lagos.
