About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to spearhead complex, cross-functional initiatives as we aggressively scale our digital health infrastructure and expand access to quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex, multidisciplinary technology and healthcare projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, clinical, and operational departments to ensure timely project execution.
- Define project scopes, develop comprehensive timelines, allocate resources effectively, and monitor milestone progression.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, conduct quantitative analyses, and implement structured problem-solving strategies to mitigate risks.
- Engage and manage key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project status, deliverables, and strategic impact.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within our digital health platforms to optimize user experience and service delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution with a First Class or Second Class Upper (2:1) grade.
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Demonstrated industry experience within technology, digital health, telemedicine, or fast-paced startup environments is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proven track record of intellectual curiosity, proactive initiative, and strong leadership in team settings.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills tailored for remote and hybrid environments.
