Key Responsibilities- Participate in Invitation to Tender (ITT) development, rigorous bid evaluation, and contractor selection processes.
- Identify and source long-lead equipment while supporting Front End Engineering Design (FEED) contractors until assignment.
- Coordinate the development of Company Capital Project Management (CCAP) Gate 3 deliverables and Functional Interaction Plans.
- Manage project issues resolution, handle change requests, and endorse necessary change authorizations.
- Ensure that all assigned work scopes are completed consistently with overarching project objectives, specifications, and standards.
- Serve as the primary technical interface between the Project Team and contractors to guarantee seamless project stage transitions.
- Lead the Project Management Team (PMT) in effectively applying advanced Project Management Systems.
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in an engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of demonstrable experience within the oil and gas industry.
- Extensive cross-functional experience across engineering, construction, project management, and project controls.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry design standards, technical specifications, and operational work processes.
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, interpersonal, and team coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities with the ability to manage tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in the complete MS Office suite of software programs.
