About the Role
GreenPower Overseas Limited is a leading provider of sustainable power systems, consultancy, and solar energy solutions dedicated to resolving Nigeria's power supply challenges. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Engineer with a mechanical focus to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and deploying turnkey solar and renewable energy systems that deliver maximum return on investment for our clients while promoting environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end execution of mechanical aspects for solar and power systems projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and on-site monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, procurement, and installation crews.
- Ensure all project operations strictly adhere to quality standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
- Conduct technical analyses, troubleshoot engineering challenges, and propose innovative problem-solving strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and liaise with key stakeholders and industry vendors.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in project engineering, preferably within the renewable energy or power sector.
- Strong technical, analytical, and mechanical problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, planning, coordination, and execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written or verbal communication skills.
