Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and monitor social impact projects from conception to completion in alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are effectively met.
- Engage and maintain positive relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, impact assessments, and documentation for donors and management.
- Identify potential risks and challenges during project implementation and propose timely, effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in project coordination within the non-profit or NGO sector.
- Strong understanding of sustainable development frameworks and community mobilization in Nigeria.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern project management tools.
