About the Role
NerdzFactory Company, a dynamic human capital and technology organization based in Lagos, is looking for a driven Programs Associate to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a structured, detail-oriented professional to play a direct role in delivering high-impact programmes that equip young people, educators, and businesses with future-ready skills across Africa. You will work closely with our Programs Supervisor to ensure activities run smoothly, timelines are met, and programme data is accurately tracked.
Key Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of skills development and impact-driven programmes.
- Monitor programme milestones and assist with data collection for robust monitoring and evaluation reporting.
- Engage proactively with participants, trainers, partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and participation.
- Contribute to improving internal processes, standardizing operating procedures, and strengthening overall reporting quality.
- Assist cross-functional teams with proposal development, activity documentation, and logistical arrangements for new initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in development projects, training programmes, youth employment initiatives, or entrepreneurship ecosystems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills alongside strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, data tracking software, and collaborative workplace applications.
