About the Role
Horuframe Creative Industries Limited is a dynamic entertainment and creative production company dedicated to shaping unforgettable experiences. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and vibrant Programme, Artiste & Guest Relations Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating live events, managing talent relations, and ensuring seamless programme execution from planning stages to final handover.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the master event programme, running order, and participant registers.
- Coordinate all communications and logistics with artistes, performers, DJs, comedians, presenters, and VIP guests.
- Track performer confirmations, arrival schedules, rehearsal plans, and unique stage requirements.
- Collaborate closely with technical production partners to align programme timing, stage transitions, and cueing.
- Contribute to audience-engagement planning and oversee the execution of interactive activities.
- Manage the scheduling for key production milestones, including LAVIDA's live EP performance slated for 1:00 AM.
- Identify and escalate programme conflicts, unconfirmed arrangements, and outstanding participant needs promptly.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or HND in Event Management, Theatre Arts, Mass Communication, Hospitality Management, or a related field; OND holders with exceptional relevant experience will also be considered.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in event coordination, artiste liaison, entertainment production, guest relations, or programme management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under high-pressure live production environments.
