As a Program Manager Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of Wale Lab programs. Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and coordinating programs, trainings, webinars, fellowships, and innovation initiatives
- Support communication and follow-up with mentors, participants, speakers, and partners
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and program milestones
- Help organize documentation, reports, meeting notes, and program resources
- Assist in monitoring participant engagement and program progress
- Support outreach, onboarding, and coordination activities across various initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving operations and impact
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn
- Comfortable using Zoho, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration tools
