About the Role
Sambus Geospatial, a leading GIS and Mapping Company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Professional Driver to support our dynamic transportation and dispatch operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our team and business partners arrive safely and punctually at their destinations, while also managing essential office deliveries.
Key Responsibilities- Transport staff, management, and business partners safely to official destinations within the region.
- Maintain company vehicles in pristine condition, ensuring they are always roadworthy, clean, and ready for use.
- Handle official dispatches and prompt deliveries, including sensitive and confidential documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle logs for mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Promptly report any mechanical faults, accidents, or vehicular damage to management.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification.
- At least 5 years of verifiable professional driving experience in a corporate environment.
- Possession of a valid Nigerian driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Thorough knowledge of Nigerian road safety regulations, traffic laws, and defensive driving techniques.
- Proficiency in using GPS, map applications, and navigation tools to find efficient routes.
- Good communication skills, professional etiquette, and a highly responsible attitude.
