Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the entire bottled water production line independently from raw water treatment to final packaging.
- Organize daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules according to established volume targets and market demands.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal quality control standards, safety protocols, and regulatory food safety guidelines.
- Monitor machinery performance, coordinate routine maintenance, and promptly troubleshoot technical bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
- Supervise, train, and mentor factory floor staff to foster a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and waste management reports for upper management review.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in bottled water production processes within the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full-scale automated water packaging line and associated machinery.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and industrial safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with effective communication in English.
