Viju Industries Nigeria Limited, a leading firm in the beverage production industry, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Production Manager - Dairy to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our dairy beverage manufacturing operations, ensuring that all workflows run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with industry safety and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire dairy production line independently from start to finish.
- Organize and schedule daily production activities according to established company standards.
- Monitor production workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control and food safety regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
- Supervise, train, and mentor factory floor staff to enhance overall productivity and performance.
- Maintain optimal operation of dairy processing machinery and coordinate prompt maintenance when necessary.
- Proven professional experience as a Production Manager within the dairy or beverage manufacturing sector.
- In-depth familiarity with dairy beverage production processes, equipment, and workflows.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track-record of managing production teams successfully.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
