Key Responsibilities- Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet operational demands and customer expectations.
- Ensure products strictly meet company standards for taste, quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Enforce rigorous food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards across all production areas.
- Minimize production costs, food waste, and unnecessary operational expenses.
- Manage inventory effectively to ensure adequate availability and efficient use of raw materials.
- Supervise production staff, assign daily duties, and monitor overall performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved recipes, portion sizes, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate proper maintenance of production equipment and ensure faults are reported promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports on output, costs, wastage, and operational challenges.
- Implement continuous improvements to increase productivity and guarantee timely production and delivery.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant production management experience, preferably within the food or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control, and industrial production processes.
