About the Role
Trinacx Pharmaceutical Limited, a leading registered Nigerian pharmaceutical company specializing in the manufacturing, importation, and distribution of premium prescription and over-the-counter products, is seeking a results-driven Production Manager. In this vital role, you will take complete ownership of our manufacturing lifecycle, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, optimize output, and guarantee the highest standards of product safety and efficacy for our customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, evaluate, and optimize the entire pharmaceutical production process from formulation to final packaging.
- Contribute significantly to comprehensive production planning, resource allocation, and departmental budgeting.
- Lead and monitor rigorous quality control assessments to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and absolute customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a secure, compliant, and safe production environment that adheres to all local and international health and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate seamlessly with key internal departments and external pharmaceutical stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted supply chains.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on production or manufacturing experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, leadership, and managerial skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
