About the Role
Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, a leading indigenous pharmaceutical manufacturing giant in Nigeria founded in 1984, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Production Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations in the Crude and PP areas, ensuring flawless product delivery, strict safety standards, and optimal plant capacity utilization.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review critical production documentation including BMR, BPR, ECR, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate Quality Management System (QMS) activities such as process validation, cleaning validation, deviations, change controls, and out-of-specification investigations.
- Ensure timely equipment calibration and preventive maintenance according to established plant schedules.
- Maintain cGMP and stringent safety norms across the plant, ensuring all manufacturing activities strictly align with relevant SOPs and ICH Q7 guidelines.
- Manage manpower allocation and coordinate production schedules efficiently to optimize plant capacity and output.
- Conduct training sessions for plant personnel regarding SOPs, documentation, and compliance standards.
- Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in production, specifically within chemical synthesis or the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in BMR/BPR preparation, QMS activities, material management, and cGMP/ICH Q7 requirements.
