We are currently looking for a talented and driven Product Manager - MFB to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our digital banking ecosystem, helping our clients achieve their financial goals with ease through cutting-edge fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the end-to-end development and delivery of digital banking products, including payments, loans, fixed deposits, and streamlined customer onboarding flows.
- Ensure seamless technical and functional integration of digital products with our underlying core banking systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and executive teams to define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Monitor product performance metrics, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize the user experience to drive engagement and retention.
- Manage the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and lead agile sprint planning and execution.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Product Management, ideally within the banking, microfinance, or fintech sectors in Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of digital banking architecture, core banking integrations, and financial regulations.
- Demonstrated success in launching customer-centric financial products from conception to market delivery.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with proficiency in agile methodologies.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
