About the Role
SycamoreNG is a leading financial lending and investment company dedicated to making financial services accessible, convenient, and empowering for individuals and businesses. We are currently looking for a talented Product Manager for International Money Transfer Operator (IMTO) to spearhead our cross-border payment verticals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and launch Sycamore’s dedicated IMTO and international remittance capabilities, starting with primary corridors such as GBP to NGN.
- Partner with the Parent Payments PM to reuse existing local payment rails for local settlement and last-mile payouts.
- Build and maintain dynamic FX pricing mechanisms that balance competitive customer rates with protection against currency volatility.
- Lead technical integrations with international payment partners, overseas switches, and correspondent banking channels.
- Implement automated monitoring for cross-border transaction thresholds, AML/PEP checks, and real-time CBN regulatory compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive sender and receiver experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of product management experience handling international remittances, cross-border payments, IMTO frameworks, or FX trading platforms.
- Deep understanding of corridor clearing, nostro/vostro accounts, and FX margin management.
- Hands-on experience with CBN IMTO guidelines, cross-border AML, and third-party payment APIs.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies, SQL, Metabase, Postman, and product delivery tools like Jira.
