About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Nigeria. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and engineering execution, ensuring that our product releases meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and value.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality product release increments on time, within budget, and according to defined scope.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the engineering team.
- Manage, groom, and prioritize the product feature backlog, ensuring stories, epics, and themes align with overall product strategy.
- Provide clear visibility on product vision, sprint goals, and feature progress to all stakeholders.
- Actively identify and mitigate impediments that impact successful team completion of release and sprint goals.
- Create comprehensive reports to communicate each stage of the feature delivery lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product coordination, agile project management, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in Home Care, Healthcare, or Medical Devices sectors is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes and backlog management.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
