About the Role
AAA Medi-Calibrations Limited is a trusted provider of medical equipment calibration and compliance services, supporting healthcare and laboratory clients with accurate, reliable, and standards-compliant solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to support our growing sales operations, order fulfillment, and supply chain activities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless medical equipment procurement, inventory management, and timely delivery to our valued clients across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Process approved purchase requisitions and raise purchase orders ensuring compliance with approved pricing and specifications.
- Follow up with international distributors in Europe and Asia to confirm order acknowledgement, shipping, clearing, and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with the Store and Technical Departments to confirm stock requirements, delivery priorities, and prevent stock-outs.
- Support inventory planning by monitoring stock movement, re-order levels, and product expiry dates.
- Coordinate logistics with clearing agents and shipping partners, ensuring smooth customs clearance for imported goods.
- Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement reports for management review.
- Coordinate company budgets, attendance, and marketing materials for relevant sales events, workshops, and exhibitions.
- BSc or HND in Purchasing and Supply, Business Administration, Sciences, or any related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or B2B sales operations.
- Hands-on experience dealing with foreign suppliers and managing customs clearance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong digital record-keeping abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for correspondence with international partners.
- Active membership in professional bodies such as CIPSMN or CIPS is an added advantage.
