About the Role
Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is seeking a highly skilled Process / Flow Assurance Engineer to join our growing team of engineering professionals. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact Oil & Gas, Pipeline, and EPC projects, contributing technical expertise across FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities- Provide process and flow assurance engineering support throughout FEED, detailed design, construction, and commissioning phases of Oil & Gas and pipeline projects.
- Apply relevant international codes and standards (ASME, API, ANSI, NACE, IEC, ISO) to ensure engineering deliverables meet industry requirements.
- Develop and review process design documents, P&IDs, and technical deliverables in line with project specifications.
- Conduct flow assurance studies, hydraulic analysis, and simulations using industry-standard software.
- Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment sessions to ensure safe and reliable system design.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution and technical alignment.
- Utilize engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, PDMS, HYSYS, E3D, ETAP, and CAESAR II for design and analysis tasks.
- Prepare accurate technical documentation and reports to support project milestones and client requirements.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts on ongoing projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (relevant discipline) is required.
- 8–15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Pipeline, or EPC projects.
- Proven track record in FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, or Commissioning phases.
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards including ASME, API, ANSI, NACE, IEC, and ISO.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, PDMS, P&ID, HYSYS, E3D, ETAP, and CAESAR II.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with piping, pipeline, and process design in accordance with international standards.
- Strong understanding of HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment processes.
