Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for pupils.
- Monitor and assess pupils’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage positive behaviour, discipline, and social development among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management to support each child’s holistic development.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ performance and attendance.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Identify and address the individual learning needs of pupils.
- A relevant degree or certification in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching at the primary school level is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
