About the Role
FATE Foundation is a leading not-for-profit organisation established in March 2000 to foster wealth creation by promoting business and entrepreneurial development among Nigerians. We are committed to helping Nigerian entrepreneurs start, grow, and scale their businesses through enterprise learning, growth support services, and scaleup programs. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Incubation Lead to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria, and drive the success of our early-stage entrepreneurship initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the comprehensive delivery of the pre-incubation programme, including entrepreneurship training and tailored business development support for all participants.
- Design, implement, and review the programme strategy, curriculum, training plan, and schedule in collaboration with leadership and in line with global best practices.
- Prepare accurate progress and end-of-programme reports according to FATE standards and partner guidelines, ensuring timely submission.
- Build and maintain credible relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, strategic partners, facilitators, volunteers, and professional organisations.
- Ensure participants in paid programmes successfully meet their financial and payment obligations prior to programme completion.
- A Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Economics, or any relevant social science discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in leading and managing successful educational, development, or entrepreneurship support programmes.
- Prior working experience in an NGO, development organisation, business school, incubator, or startup support organisation is a strong added advantage.
