Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with carrying, storing, and delivering luggage safely to and from their rooms.
- Provide comprehensive directions and information regarding hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, entrance, and designated porter stations.
- Collaborate closely with the front office, housekeeping, and security departments to meet all guest needs promptly.
- Observe hotel security protocols, reporting any suspicious activities or unattended items immediately.
- Minimum of SSCE qualification with proven customer service experience in the hospitality sector.
- Physically fit with the ability to safely lift, carry, and handle heavy luggage.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, professional personal hygiene, and a neat appearance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
