About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited, a premier provider of outsourcing, technical staffing, and consultancy services to the Nigerian oil and gas sector, is seeking a diligent and experienced Policy Audit & CMS Officer. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, reviewing, and maintaining People and Talent Management policies, managing Content Management System portals, and coordinating comprehensive risk management and internal audit activities to ensure strict adherence to global best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, review, and update People and Talent Management policies, guidelines, and process documentation in alignment with company and Group standards.
- Manage policy documents on the Content Management System portal, ensuring timely reviews, updates, and accurate publications.
- Guide staff on policy interpretation, operational procedures, and system implementations to promote consistent compliance.
- Coordinate internal audits of departmental processes to evaluate risks, internal controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and update the risk register, tracking audit findings and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Support strategic alignment projects, information management, data protection, and privacy initiatives alongside key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional work experience in HR policy, auditing, or compliance.
- Solid understanding of human resources policies, administrative processes, internal audit practices, and risk management frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
