About the Role
Aldelia Limited is seeking a dedicated and analytical Policy, Audit and CMS Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, improving, and managing PTM policies, procedures, and CMS portals while ensuring rigorous internal audit, risk management, and compliance standards are consistently met across operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, draft, and update PTM policies, procedures, and guidelines in strict alignment with company strategies and CMS requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on policy interpretation to engage staff and maintain industry compliance.
- Support internal and external audits, manage the PTM risk register, and ensure prompt close-out of audit recommendations.
- Interface regularly with the CMS team to monitor and update a minimum of 50 PTM policy documents and handle yearly renewals of expiring files.
- Liaise with project leaders to support PCS Strategic Alignment Projects and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any of the Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in policy administration, internal audit, compliance, or human resources.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise creative thinking, multi-task, work under pressure, and manage cross-functional relationships.
