About the Role
BlueBrain Services Ltd is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of our manufacturing plant. This role is ideal for an Electrical/Electronics Engineer with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day plant operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all plant equipment
- Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate plant personnel to drive high performance and accountability
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and production interruptions
- Ensure electrical installations and operations comply with NEMSA regulations and industry standards
- Prepare operational reports, maintenance records, and performance analyses for management
- Develop and monitor plant budgets, maintenance costs, and resource utilization
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to achieve operational objectives
- Manage inventory levels for spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all plant assets are properly maintained and utilized effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Eng. or B.Sc.) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in plant management, plant maintenance, or manufacturing operations
- Valid COREN Registration (Compulsory)
- Valid NEMSA Certification/Licence (Compulsory)
- Proven experience managing electrical systems, industrial equipment, and plant maintenance
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
- Additional certifications in Project Management, HSE, Maintenance Management, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma are an added advantage
