About the Role
Fadac Resources is hiring an enthusiastic and customer-centric Pizza Maker for our locations in Ikoyi and Marina, Lagos. We are looking for vibrant individuals who are eager to start their careers in the food service industry and take pride in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake delicious pizzas following established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide outstanding front-line service.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation, kitchen area, and dining space.
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently while adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure prompt order fulfillment during peak business hours.
- Must be between 19 and 25 years of age.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Well-spoken, friendly, presentable, and genuinely passionate about customer service.
- Physically fit, agile, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N75,000 to N85,000.

- Attractive N25,000 mid-month incentive awarded after 3 months of successful probation.
