About the Role
IOTA Group is seeking a skilled Piling Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this critical field-based role, you will oversee marine piling and foundation works, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily marine piling and foundation activities, including bored piles, CFA piles, sheet piling, and combi wall systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth site operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all heavy equipment and marine operations.
- Monitor and coordinate pile testing activities such as Pile Integrity Testing, Static and Dynamic Load Tests, and CSL.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports detailing manpower, equipment, and work quantities.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with extensive practical site experience in marine piling and foundation construction.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage project correspondence and site documentation effectively.
