Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality Physics lessons to secondary school students in alignment with the approved curriculum.
- Design comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate practical experiments, modern technology, and interactive teaching methods.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to enhance academic performance.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and academic milestones.
- Candidates should possess a relevant degree in Physics, Education, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience in secondary education with a strong track record of student success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
