Key Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled home visits to patients for safe and efficient blood sample collection.
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection strictly adhering to safety and clinical standards.
- Accurately label, handle, and transport biological specimens to ensure sample integrity.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, infection prevention, and strict patient confidentiality.
- Keep meticulous records of all sample collections, patient interactions, and home visits.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients, families, and the central laboratory team.
- Relevant professional qualification in phlebotomy, nursing, medical laboratory science, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven clinical experience in successful blood sample collection and venipuncture.
- Thorough knowledge of proper specimen handling, cold-chain transport, and infection control protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills, high punctuality, reliability, and professional etiquette.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly for scheduled home visits within the designated location.
- Prior experience in mobile or home-based sample collection will be a distinct advantage.
