Key Responsibilities- Dispense prescribed medications accurately and provide comprehensive counseling to patients regarding proper usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, monitor stock levels, and requisition medical supplies in accordance with government procurement guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment outcomes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control protocols, and regulatory compliance set by health authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensed drugs, controlled substances, and daily pharmacy operations.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid NYSC Discharge Certificate or official Exemption Certificate.
- Current practicing license and active registration with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Submission of three professional referee reports, with at least one originating from the candidate's former university.
