Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and counselling on medications to customers while ensuring maximum satisfaction.
- Drive sales and profitability in the pharmacy to meet and exceed set goals and objectives.
- Ensure strict compliance with legal policies, procedures, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Establish, organize, and implement quarterly community outreach programs.
- Manage product expiry effectively and ensure proper filing of all necessary pharmacy documentation.
- Coordinate pharmacy academy weekly sessions and monitor team performance using scorecards and appraisals.
- Supervise daily activities, ensure punctuality, and maintain seamless pharmacy operations.
- Generate comprehensive weekly reports and perform other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree and a valid license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and team-building skills.
