We are currently looking for a knowledgeable, proactive, and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing business expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients.
- Assess patient healthcare needs, identify potential drug interactions, and offer expert health advice.
- Oversee inventory levels, monitor product expiry dates, and ensure optimal stock availability at all times.
- Maintain strict compliance with all local pharmaceutical regulations and professional practice standards.
- Deliver stellar customer service to foster long-term relationships and patient trust.
- Support business growth through ethical product recommendations, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Supervise junior pharmacy support staff to guarantee smooth daily operations.
- Maintain precise dispensing records and generate required operational reports.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from an accredited institution.
- Must possess a valid practicing license and current registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and contemporary pharmaceutical care.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in inventory management.
- Prior experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting will be a distinct advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy management software.
