About the Role
Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is seeking a highly experienced Performing Authority / Field Foreman to lead and supervise field operations across Oil & Gas, Construction, and EPC projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineering professional with strong field leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record of managing manpower, resources, and construction activities in demanding industrial environments.
As a key member of our project execution team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with quality and regulatory standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to translate work packs into actionable field plans while maintaining the highest standards of safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily field construction activities across assigned project sites
- Interpret work packs and technical drawings to guide execution teams effectively
- Manage manpower allocation, productivity, and overall workforce performance
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and HSE teams to maintain project timelines
- Monitor construction progress and report deviations, risks, or delays promptly
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to field personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure all field activities align with project specifications and industry best practices
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred)
- 8–10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Pipeline, or EPC project environments
- Proven experience in field supervision, manpower management, and construction execution
- Valid CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 certification (preferred)
- Certification in First Aid & CPR
- Valid H2S Alive certification
- Strong understanding of Permit to Work (PTW) systems
- Excellent knowledge of construction planning, execution, and resource optimization
