About the Role
Ultimum Limited, a fast-growing beverage manufacturing subsidiary of Union Camerounaise de Brasseries, is seeking a dynamic People Business Partner to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, translating our people strategy into impactful workforce solutions that enhance operational excellence and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with functional leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness and cultural transformation.
- Manage end-to-end talent management processes, including workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Lead employee and industrial relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and maintaining harmonious labor unions relationships.
- Drive total rewards implementation, employee engagement programs, and change management initiatives across assigned functions.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and operational improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; a Master's or MBA is an advantage.
- Relevant professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM).
- 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partnering role within Manufacturing, FMCG, or Supply Chain.
- Proven expertise in industrial relations, talent management, change leadership, and labor union management within a production environment.
- Strong command of HR systems, analytics, and Nigerian labor laws.
