In this role, you will provide top-tier nail care services in a luxurious, professional environment, ensuring every client leaves feeling pampered, valued, and completely satisfied with their salon experience.
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional foot soaks, exfoliating scrubs, and therapeutic massage treatments
- Provide expert callus care, cuticle management, and precise nail shaping
- Apply standard and gel polish finishes with high attention to detail and long-lasting results
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and infection-control protocols across all tools and workstations
- Consult with clients to understand their specific foot and nail care needs and recommend appropriate services
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Minimum of 1 year of professional pedicure experience in a reputable salon or spa setting
- Proven expertise in foot soaks, callus care, nail shaping, and flawless gel polish application
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard sanitation and health safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
