Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with personal care activities including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support.
- Take and record vital signs accurately as directed by supervising nurses.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients in accordance with hospital standards.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and report any changes in physical or emotional conditions immediately.
- Support the nursing team during clinical examinations, procedures, and patient admissions or discharges.
- Adhere strictly to infection prevention, control protocols, and safety regulations at all times.
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
- Certification in Healthcare Assistance, Nursing Assistant, Caregiving, or auxiliary nursing experience is a strong advantage.
- Previous working experience in a hospital or clinical healthcare setting.
- Possession of a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and observational skills with a compassionate demeanor.
