About the Role
Yaphi Tech Nigeria Limited, a leading lifestyle brand known for offering premium wristwatches, bags, make-up, sneakers, home appliances, and electronics at affordable prices, is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Driver. The ideal candidate will provide professional transportation services for company executives, staff, and official assignments while maintaining the highest standards of vehicle care, punctuality, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport company staff, executives, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to assigned schedules.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report faults, damages, or maintenance needs promptly.
- Monitor fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is adequately fueled at all times.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Assist with delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and other company items when required.
- Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and executive movements.
- Support other administrative or logistics-related duties as assigned.
- Minimum of Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of proven driving experience in a corporate, executive, or similar environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Defensive driving certification is an added advantage.
- Experience driving senior executives or management personnel is preferred.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning is a plus.
- Must be physically fit and able to sit for extended periods while driving.
- Availability for occasional overtime, weekend work, or travel as required.
