About the Role
Misters of Nigeria, the country's premier male pageant platform, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to join its growing team in Lagos. This role is central to expanding the brand's network of sponsors, media collaborators, and strategic allies as the organisation continues to redefine excellence in the Nigerian pageant industry.
Founded in 2020 by 97th Entertainment, Misters of Nigeria has quickly become one of the most respected male pageant brands in the country, celebrated for its commitment to developing young men into confident global leaders while showcasing the nation's rich diversity. As Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that align with the brand's vision and growth objectives. You will work closely with the executive team to build long-term relationships with corporate sponsors, media houses, and strategic stakeholders that strengthen the platform's reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with brand objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Design compelling partnership proposals and sponsorship packages
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure timely fulfilment of contractual obligations
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to maximise partnership visibility and value
- Track and report on partnership performance, ROI, and growth opportunities
- Represent the brand at industry events, meetings, and networking functions
- Stay informed on industry trends to identify new avenues for collaboration and brand growth
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sponsorship acquisition
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- A proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with the Nigerian entertainment, events, or lifestyle industry is an advantage
