About the Role
Salpha Energy Limited is a leading for-profit social business passionate about off-grid energy, manufacturing reliable solar products for underserved communities. We are currently seeking a dynamic Partnership Inventory Dispatch Officer to manage end-to-end product distribution and inventory operations across partnership branches in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and optimize product disbursement strategies and delivery schedules based on route mapping for cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate dispatch operations, track deliveries, and ensure goods arrive in pristine condition.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for branch partners, providing timely updates on inventory levels and resolving discrepancies.
- Conduct routine stock audits, maintain accurate databases of stock movements, and manage returns.
- Interface with Branch Managers and CSOs to support sales targets, fund remittances, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to expedite the repair and return of faulty products.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in retail sales management, logistics planning, or inventory control, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong reporting capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of the Lagos geographical landscape and route mapping.
- Valid driver's license with proven driving experience and residency close to the job location.
