We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Part-time Baker to join our vibrant kitchen team in Ikate, Lagos. Key Responsibilities- Prepare a wide variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies according to recipes and established standards.
- Monitor baking process to ensure exact temperature and timing for optimal product quality.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages to management in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and develop exciting new seasonal recipes.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional baking experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery.
- Residing on the Lagos Island axis or its immediate environs for easy commute to Ikate.
- Female candidates are preferred for this specific role.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards in food production.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
