About the Role
International Breweries Plc is a renowned leader in the beverage sector, committed to brewing the future together and creating a better world. We are currently looking for a talented Packaging Process Operator to join our state-of-the-art production facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring minimal variability in product quality, maximizing throughput, and minimizing waste while upholding our strict safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure and maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment across all packaging operations.
- Interpret and successfully implement the production plan for each shift to meet output targets.
- Operate manual and automatic online machinery strictly according to established operational standards.
- Monitor active production processes continuously and correct any negative trends immediately.
- Ensure optimal process quality, high productivity, and complete associated tracking and monitoring.
- Manage PIMS and POMS systems, executing corrective actions on negative trends as needed.
- Conduct root-cause problem solving using QFRs and 5 WHYs analyses with relevant team members.
- Perform autonomous operations and contribute effectively to shift team rooms and AB reports.
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Possession of an IOB Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical fields is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical details.
